Founded in 2003, the Society has funded continuous research into the relationship between musical harmony and the structure of the universe itself. As a result, we have yielded a great deal of information and have developed numerous techniques for manipulating the points of contact between sound and cosmos. We firmly believe that the resulting compositional methodologies will serve as a necessary counterpart to the scientific project in bringing about a perfect human society. Science has undoubtedly accomplished some things of note (one thinks of theories of gravity and the development of vaccinations), but it has failed to take the cosmos by the reigns. We have come quite close to discovering why this is so.

In the meantime, we have experimented with short musical forms such as the song and the album in order to bring the more well understood (and relatively safe) elements of our research to the public at large, which we believe must be the ultimate heir of any knowledge we eventually secure. That is, as soon as releasing said information has definitively been determined to pose no immediate threat to the stability of the universe.
